Adapter_R1 and Adapter_R3 is too specific in the config file

In the config file we have used Adapter_R1 and Adapter_R3 this is very specifc to a demultiplex where a third read is file created

please change this to

Adapter_R1 -> adapter_forward_read

Adapter_R3 -> adapter_reverse_read

to make it more generic
