🌟 (optionally) Prompt attendee for questions on manual attendee creation

I am using a sort of complex system to allow users to purchase tickets. Due to the current setup I need to manually create attendees on hi.events (or programmatically via the rest API). However, when manually creating attendees I have no way to ask the questions I need to ask them (eg. T-shirt size).

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to send in the email, along with the ticket, a link to answer questions related to their ticket.
Additionally, it would be nice to be able to send reminders to attendees who did not answer the event questions.

It would be useful to allow adding and editing question/answers after submission as well.
