Deleting old plugins causes load failure in console GUI

Describe the bug

Something is left behind when a plugin is deleted from the console GUI

To Reproduce

Install Rdmp.Dicom 6.0.1, then 6.0.2 and delete 6.0.1 from the tree.

Expected behavior

All trace of 6.0.1 should be gone. Instead, YAML config for the old object and the .nupkg file itself are left behind, and loading fails with an exception.
