Test xz on Python 2, use tar if possible, or document there isn't a universal solution. #2
Description
nopackage seems to only be able to use tar to extract xz files if you use Python 3 (not Python 2).
The screenshot uses the old script name install_any.py, but it is equivalent to nopackage.
