Use the existing sc_path during --uninstall if present.

Actual behavior:

• sc_path may be generated differently than older versions of nopackage that installed the program
  • if so, then the new one is faulty within the context of --uninstall)
• sc_path changes to the faulty one and is saved to ~/.config/nopackage/local_machine.json
