Migrate to GitHub

[GoogleCodeExporter]

Since code.google.com will be shutting down within a year, perhaps it would be 
apt to migrate over to GitHub. This would give people some courtesy time to see 
a notice for this project on code.google.com for a few months, letting them 
know the project has moved to GitHub.

Any estimate on this? I much prefer Github, so I'm eager to migrate.
