[Feature] Support multiple storage databases to enhance compatibility

Describe the Need

We currently use MySQL as the metadata store. To improve compatibility and flexibility, we propose supporting multiple database engines (e.g., MySQL, OceanBase, etc.), including domestic trusted stacks.
