[Feature] Add configuration history to Logstash management #39

Describe the Need
In the Logstash management module, editing the configuration for each Logstash instance is risky. Sometimes a globally triggered configuration refresh overwrites carefully crafted per-instance settings, causing loss of history.
We propose adding configuration history for Logstash management to allow restoring previous versions.
