Nanostructures embedded in a low index matrix

Hi.
Thank you for a very useful tool for multipole expansion. I was wondering if you have expanded the code to work with structures embedded in some other material with a higher refractive index than 1. What parameters should be changed to determine the scattering contributions in a case like this?
