ipv6

HomeSeer's matter plugin requires ipv6 to function.  It appears ipv6 is a part of the kernel which is used as the base for the container but it is not enabled.  

This is a request for than in the next version.

EDIT: after rebuilding everything ipv6 was enabled.  Not sure why I had the issue - but close this - user error.
