Get outlines/bookmarks from the PDFDocument

Hello There,

Thank you for the nice library, it's very useful

I have a question please, is there a way that I can get the outlines/bookmarks from PDFDocument that I loaded using base64?
And Is there a way to get it with the page number or page reference that the outline is linked to?

Simply I need to get the outline and its page number in order to use it when I merge multiple documents and apply the outlines to the merged document therefore I need the outlines and their page numbers programmatically
