How to achieve dashed line?

I have tried different combinations, but could not achieve dashed line.

  end: { x: 300, y: 700},

  thickness: 1,
  dashArray: [7, 3, 1, 3],
  dashPhase: 100
})

actually old version was used... works after i changed it (to 1.16.0)
