How to store PDF document under another file name than loaded?

Hi,
I can not determine on the API description how to change the name of a PDF document on save() if it was created by load().
Is this not implemented? Any suggestions?

Got it.
The load(string) parameter is not the file name, it is the file content. So I'll do file I/O completely by myself...
