Issues getting Matrix to work with pi

I have a raspberry pi 4 and used it on this build. But the matrix is just flickering with a bunch of junk on th screen.

got it to work by modifying led-slowdown-gpio=4

did you have install sudo pip3 -v install docker-compose? cauz i can't...
