我昨天也遇到了，最后解决办法是删除ffmpeg，重装到ffmpeg@6，以及python锁定到3.11
还把install.py里'torch==2.1.2', 'torchaudio==2.1.2'这两个地方都改成了2.6.0

brew uninstall ffmpeg
brew install ffmpeg@6
brew link ffmpeg@6 --force

conda create -n videolingo-py311 python=3.11 -y
python install.py

不得不说Minimax M2真的强，Gemini和GPT都没解决这问题
