Allow imagePullSecrets to be configured vial Helm values

Hello,

it would be helpful if the helm chart supported setting imagePullSecrets via values.yaml. This would allow users to pull CSI plugin image from private registries without manually modifying the templates.

Proposed addition in values.yaml

imagePullSecrets:
  - name: my-pull-secret

And referenced in the deployment template:

imagePullSecrets: {{ .Values.imagePullSecrets }}
