How to fix screenshare/video appearing pink & green? #3001

When people screenshare it sometimes appears weird inverted colors (pink/green) on my computer (see screenshot). This happened to me on Firefox on Mac, when I viewed a screenshare from someone on Chrome & Mac, and one from Firefox & PC. It did not occur from another person's screenshare from Firefox & PC. |

This can be fixed by turning off "hardware acceleration" in your browser settings. Here is how to do that on Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/hardware-acceleration-and-windowblinds-crash |

Just a follow up that I was able to re-enable hardware acceleration afterwards, and the issue remained fixed. |
