does the twitter connection part of hubs cloud work?

I finally got approval for developer access to twitter, and when I set up an app, I think I see the things to put in the admin panel, but "tweet" button doesn't work. Whenever I click it, no "tweet popup" appears (like on Hubs) and instead I get the messages "blair has left" followed by "blair has joined the lobby"

HC asks for

• Twitter Access Token. Twitter API Access Token to enable Twitter sharing
• Twitter Access Token Secret. Twitter API Access Token Secret
• Twitter Consumer Secret. Twitter API Consumer Secret
• Twitter Consumer Key. Twitter API Consumer Key

When I create an app in the twitter portal I see:

• Consumer API key and secret (good match for two above)
• access token and secret (good match for two above)
• bearer token? Not used?

Should this work? Am I doing something wrong?

There are no messages in the console, btw.
