Question is from hubs cloud documentation

Question 1:

According to this section:
eg.

ont3.2xlarge
= 80Does this mean, each room will have capable to let users with "Active" status and everyone is talking, walking (which generates load to server) in room at 80 users?
Question 2:

According to this section:
Is
~1000
an average estimated user that is probably active in the system?eg. avg. user = 500
√(500 * 2) = 31.6227766
; 31.6227766 as a Max Active CCU, single room
