How to add a footer link to the HC homepage template?

I like to know what is the best way for me to add additional links to my footer on my HC homepage ?

You can make edits to Footer.js on the client.

correct, this requires deploying a custom client. Editing that file and deploying your version of the client to your hubs cloud gives you the most control over the footer component. Some of those links can be edited via the admin panel but you won't be able to add links and make major edits without code changes.
