Promoted admins/owners can't promote others, only room creator can

Hi there!

Apparently, within our Hubs Cloud platforms if I (room creator) promote a user to a room admin / room owner, they do not get the ability to promote others to an admin / owner. This came as a surprise to me actually. I've been looking into a work-around for a few hours so that this would be possible, but no succes yet. I've gotten really close, f.e. by getting a promoted admin to actually get that promote button, but without the promotion actually coming through.

I found an existing issue regarding this from 2 years ago #3398.

Does anyone have an interesting insight into this?
I think this ability to "chain-promote" would be of value for quite a lot of us. 🙂
