External API has been blocked by CORS policy

We have issue while trying to request external API (We try to implement customer's OAuth)

And we got this issue:
xxx has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: It does not have

It work correctly while hosting in local machine.
But, after we publish in production, It doesn't work

Do you have any workaround about this issue?
Any CORS policy that we have to enable?

Feb 18 - We already include star "*" at Allowed CORS Origin
