How to reduce the Cost of Hubs Cloud from 80$ to 30$ on AWS

I have seen that a user has said on discord that it is possible to change the database, which is what costs the most, from Aurora to PostgresSQL. I do not understand anything, my knowledge is basic, but I need to have a server running without pause, for immediate start, and it costs me 80$ per month with the minimum configuration which is a lot for my use. However from what this user says the cost is reduced to 30$ or less if the database is changed.

Wouldn't it be ideal if someone would put out a guide or cloudformation ready for this?
