Dialog (socket) service not working

Hi.
We're using Hubs-cloud and have a problem when connect socket.
This error made us unable to login to hubs, unable to use VR room, ...
I want to check server's log. But it looks like Hubs-cloud services are being deployed using Habitat.
How do I see the error log on the server.
