Erlang + Elixir version for ARM64 System

This is more a question than an issue.

I'm trying to have Reticulum install on an ARM64 system (Ubuntu 24.04) but the main problem is Erlang, the version suggested here won' t build due to OpenSSL version compatibility.

Would it be possible to have a more recent version of Erlang, since Elixir 1.14 is compatible with Erlang 23-25?

Working on #728 might clear the way to identifying places where the current code does not work well on both ARM and x86.
