How to link a .csv file in page?

I have a table in a page (written in Markdown) and below I want to add a clickable icon of downloadable a .csv file. The file is in the same folder as the index.md of the page. How could I do it?

That will create a button in the page metadata section. You can also link it like

I had thought about the workaround of the link (to github repo). Though, I was wondering whether there is a way to make it download a file and not link it to a page? Maybe with a shortcode?
