'See all' placement in sections

Having a slight issue with my 'see all'. For every different section that guides someone to more on another page, the 'see all' link always appears before everything, not after. I can't seem to figure out how to get it so that it's underneath the recent publications, for example.

There's no need to use the text field (which appears at the top) for this purpose.

There is a dedicated pagination feature to customize 'see all' - you can configure it like:

This hasn't quite worked for me. The label now doesn't appear at all?

This is a pagination system, so it will only show when you have more items than you choose to display (using the count option`)
