Setting the side of image in cta-image-paragraph

Is it possible to set the side of the image (i.e., image on the right and text on the left vs. the other way around) in cta-image-paragraph...? My understanding is that this is changed when several items are added within the same cta-image-paragraph block, but I wish to enforce the different sides in two different blocks that come after each other.
