Account locked due to non-existent email – unable to reset password

I accidentally created a Label Studio Cloud account using a misspelled,
non-existent email address.

Incorrect email used: [techgrily.timtim@gmail.com]
Correct email: [techgirly.timtim@gmail.com]

Password reset does not work even after creating the misspelled email.
I have already contacted support by email and received ticket #5898.

I cannot access my projects and need the account email corrected or the
account migrated.

Approx. account creation date: [12/2025]
Projects affected: [hausa Cyberbullying annotation task]
