Show current number of file installing, possible? #179

THANK YOU for an amazing installer that is working great!
I barely ever experience any problems with it, and when I do it´s always "timeout error" because my kids touch the cable or the switch.
But I have two questions.
1.) I wonder if it would be possible to have some current status information showing when installing?
For example
"Currently installing gamefile 5 of 12, please have patience Nintendo-san!" and then "6 of 12" etc.
2.) If it fails with an error, woud it be possible to see easily which file it failed at?
