Make the Kubenertes installation of LogIsland more robust

Expected behavior and actual behavior.

We need to check the status of all our components with respect to deployments in Kubernetes. State-full components are hard to deploy in Kubernetes. Kafka/Zookeeper and many of our data sources have been pretty hard to instantiate in cluster mode in Kube so far.
