This CLA is intended to clarify the intellectual property license granted to Hybrowse / Arens & Gerstner GbR for contributions submitted to Hybrowse projects.
- "You" means the individual or legal entity making a Contribution.
- "Contribution" means any code, documentation, or other material intentionally submitted by You to Hybrowse / Arens & Gerstner GbR for inclusion in a project.
You grant Hybrowse / Arens & Gerstner GbR a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to:
- use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contribution as part of Hybrowse projects.
You grant Hybrowse / Arens & Gerstner GbR a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated below) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Contribution, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by You that are necessarily infringed by the Contribution.
If You institute patent litigation alleging that the Contribution infringes a patent, this patent license terminates.
You represent that:
- You have the right to grant the above licenses.
- Your Contribution does not knowingly include third-party secrets/credentials.
- Your Contribution does not include proprietary Hytale server binaries or assets.
Your Contribution is provided "AS IS" without warranties or conditions of any kind.

LICENSEandNOTICE. - This CLA is about the rights You grant to Hybrowse / Arens & Gerstner GbR as the project maintainer.
