Command Line supported?

Hello, I'm trying to manually do this through the command line rather than using the IDE, running gradle setup does not seem to work. Here is a Stack Trace. I have jdk 10 and jre 10 installed. If you need any other info let me know.

Should work, make sure you are running the correct task for what you're trying to do.
