Regenerate client on stable branch backporting

Describe the bug

Since we are versioning the generate Kiota client, during the backporting we should re-generate that client using the stable branch HORREUM_BRANCH (#8 should ensure that is the right one).

To Reproduce

Backport a pull request from main to 0.12.x

Version

from main branch.

Proposal

After quick check we could:

Create an additional workflow (triggered on pr opened against stable branch) that tries to re-generate Kiota client and if there are changes, push a new commit in that PR
