Unable to set wallet data path other than default (in user profile)

By default, all data is stored under c:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\Hyperspace.app\hyperspace-light, and that path is saved in config file. If I move that folder to different location and edit config.json accordingly, it doesn't work. Immediately after launch, the path in config file is set back to default value. I tried to remove write access to config.json on filesystem level as a temporary measure, but that is pretty useless, config stays unchanged, but wallet still uses default data path.

I'm not a programmer, but I believe that problem is with this lines of code:
// always overwrite the datadir, because we may switch
// between full and spv node data dirs.
config.hsd.datadir = defaultConfig.hsd.datadir
in file .\resources\app\js\mainjs\config.js (same lines in spvConfig.js)
Deleting it in already installed app doesn't help, probably I need to rebuild it, but that's way above my level of expertise.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm working on the build scripts and config setup - will try to resolve this asap.
