Update quotation blocks in a document

Let A1 and A2 two blocks of document A (such as a side-by-side translation).
Let B a document created as a quotation glose of document A (such as a translation comparison).
B includes blocks A1 and A2.

When an other block A3 is created for document A (such as another translation block),
It seems that B should include blocks A1, A2, and A3.

For now it does not.

It cannot be a "fix", because the event is triggered on document A – done for example by Alice – but it would change document B authored by another user (say Bob).
A partial fix could be to create A with all the blocks needed by the source of it. But it would not work if a new numbered passage is created in the source of A and requires an additional block in A.

Instead of a fix, the idea is to have a menu option on document B to let Bob update its document on purpose.
