Program crasch when adding action

Bridge api version : 1.35
Light model : N/A
Bridge version : V2

Describe the bug
ADD button enabled even though nothing is selected. Pressing it leads to crasch.

To Reproduce

1. Create new rule
2. On tab ACTIONS press Add button
3. Program crasch.
   Unexpected exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Expected behavior
Add Button disabled until 'object type' and 'object' is selected. Or info pop-up telling you to enter these values before pressing add.
