When State: Absent is specified, all chaincode containers and images should be removed. #143
Description
With a network Type of Docker, and State: Absent I expected the playbook to remove all versions of chaincode containers and images - whether the the playbook actually deployed them or not.
In my limited testing, they were not removed.
