Broken link: AssetOpsBench Lab (AAAI 2026)

Hello team👋

While browsing the repository, I noticed that the link for “AssetOpsBench Lab (AAAI 2026)” is currently returning a 404 error.

The URL pointing to:
https://ibm.github.io/AssetOpsBench/aaai_website

seems to be unavailable at the moment.

I’ve attached a screenshot for reference in case it helps. It might just need an updated path or redirect.

@ChathurangiShyalika We needed to remove this file because it had a ":" in its name, and it gave some trouble in cloning the repo. Can you please upload a new file by removing all speical character.
