Upload released nuget packages to a nuget repository

Would you consider uploading the NuGet packages generated in each release to a NuGet repository, i.e. GitHub packages registry [<sup>1</sup>](https://github.com/orgs/IBM/packages?repo_name=dotnet-s390x) [<sup>2</sup>](https://docs.github.com/en/packages/working-with-a-github-packages-registry/working-with-the-nuget-registry), to facilitate its consumption?
