endpoint 'endpoints' does not contain all existing endpoints

the endpoints endpoint only reports endpoints starting with metrics_. But here are further endpoints mentioned in the documentation in the "Helpful HTTP REST Api endpoints" section. Please also include them in the endpoints list.

As some of the endpoints are valid for the bridge only the list should only contain the endpoints that are valid for the current mode (bridge or exporter)

agree /endpoints should list all endpoints, not only scrape jobs endpoints.
