[BUG] Banner/Alert crossed Icon

Describe the bug
The banner/alert icon is showed with a white cross symbol on it.
Additionally IBM Notifier might show an error with banner/alert authorisations even if the profile is applied.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the app through pkg
2. Apply notification profile to authorise banners/alerts
3. Trigger a banner/alert

Expected behavior
The banner/alert should appear without graphical issues.

• OS: macOS 13.2.1
• Project version: 2.9.1

Additional context
This seems to appear on app that doesn't show up the "user intent" xattr (com.apple.macl).
If you manually run IBM Notifier.app and restart the device the issue seems to be fixed.

As we're unable to reproduce the issue, I'm transitioning this to a discussion thread where individuals can share their experiences. Additionally, I've established a new wiki page dedicated to tracking these sporadic issues, which are likely resultant from macOS anomalies or incorrect workflows.
