fix: interpreter creates DataBlock for literals, sans id, timestamps

This seems to be a relatively recent change. Previously, these would show up in the trace as literal children of the Text block. Now they appear as non-literal DataBlock children -- but without timestamp or block id. As a result, they are missing from the UI.
