Please support Kafka 4.1.1

Our company has clients currently using this latest version, so please help with the adaptation as soon as possible.

@cheneylew thanks for raising this. There's nothing in Sarama that should prevent it from working against Kafka 4.1.1, especially with recent versions which natively support ApiVersions negotation.

We will add the version constants and include 4.1.1 in the FV suite though
