Merge pull request #48 from IBM/develop

I've removed the Tag `messageId` from the `vmReplicateStats` and `vmReplicatesummary` panel, since within each table it can only be one -> it's an useless tag and a relict of an older state of SPPMon.
Since the panel `Additional Statistics` in the overview row and `daily total data protected` filter via this message ID, no data could be displayed. (Note: also applies to multiple server overview)
The solution is to remove the ID-filter of those two tables, *not* affecting the `vmBackupSummary`. This one requires a messsageID as filter.
