Dockerfile contains errors, since the IP  of daymvs1.pok.ibm.com could not be resolved (no DNS record)

As stated in the title, the IP of the host daymvs1.pok.ibm.com could not be resolved by any DNS, therefore the certificates could not be loaded 

Ist there a alternate server with this kind of functions available?
