SAMRI Installation in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Hello Everyone!

I would like to explore using SAMRI for rodent fMRI data analysis. Upon installing without overlay in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, I obtained the following error message:

Installing ebuild /home/hookeba/SAMRI/.gentoo/overlay/sci-biology/samri/samri-99999.ebuild
./install.sh: line 9: ebuild: command not found
./install.sh: line 9: emerge: command not found
