Translate labels to German

Hi @akuckartz, thanks a lot for this question.
As a matter of fact, we (the ICA EGAD RiC-O subteam) were not thinking, for the 1.0 version of RiC-0 1.0, of translating the labels to German, or to any other language than French or Spanish, as these two ones are ICA official languages. We have a lot to do before releasing RiC-O 1.0 (and RiC-CM 1.0) and we want to release it in June at the latest.

Would you already have this translation ready, for every component of RiC-O? Or could you do it?
We could provide you with a CSV or Excel file in order to do so if you want. Or else, if you already have started to work in the RDF file, maybe you could create a pull request to a specific branch that we would create from the 'version_1-0' branch? and we'll see what we can do.
One of the problems is that we will probably add a few new components to RiC-O, so that, by the end of the development process, a few German labels would have to be added.

RiC-O 1.1, to be released before April 15 hopefully, will have German labels for its classes. See branch add-german-labels-to-classes

Now the 107 classes of RiC-O 1.1 have German labels, thanks to @wildit, Silke Jagodzinski and Gerhard Müller (see PR #139).
I am leaving the issue open as the properties have no German label yet.
