Pre-processing- only processed plot changes coloring of violin pots upon users input

In preprocessing - If you choose the color of the violin plots before creating plots it workd fine. If you however change the coloring only the right plots is updates

Do you mean that when you change "Color the violin plot by" option after you select Get Pre-Processing, only the Violin plot of the pre-processed data changes, but the Mean and Standard Deviation of pre-processed data plot does not change?

No not quite. I have this issue. The "Color the violin plot by" is condition now (was LS_ID before) but only the Pre-processed plot (the right violin plot) changes the color respectively. The left plot (Rwa Data) should also change

Just noticed - if you then download the violin plots to a png the both are colored after LS_ID - sth is not updating properly in the background
