At some point, we would like to...
- have an interactive graphic for Solver comparisn (like in Figure 5)
- enlarge the benchmark collection
- see, whether we can find measurement data for some models
- improve our SED-ML import based on this repo
- rerun this study with a newer AMICI version
- also test the Radau5-Solver from COPASI
- Maybe include SBML2Julia for this study...
